Firm, tart, polished nose, predominantly black berries and a few cherries, hint of cocoa, coffee and tobacco. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, slightly bitter spicy oak, firm, fine tannins, light acid bite, hint of sugar candy, touch of citrus zests, hint of tobacco, very light sooty traces, good substance and persistence, full-bodied, still undeveloped, light salty notes in the background, very good, firm, tart, fairly cool finish.
