2017 Wachau Ried Hartberg Sauvignon Blanc Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Fairly tart nose, yellow and green fruit, very elegant vegetal and herbaceous notes, touch of elderflower, mineral notes. Ripe, warm, creamy fruit on the palate, more tart vegetal and herbaceous notes, prominent mineral notes, yeasty traces, light floral notes with some elderflower, moderate acidity, light tannic grip, very good substance and persistence, full-bodied, noticeable warm alcohol, but also has backbone, some depth, quite complex, very good, long finish.
