Somewhat developed, warm, dried herbal aroma with yellow fruity aromas, some yellow spice, fennel seeds, sunflower seeds as well as delicate anise and smoke. Ripe, warm, melting fruit, nutty aromas, fennel seeds and sunflower seeds, very delicate chocolatey tones, moderate acidity, smoky nuances on the palate, root vegetables and hints of tobacco in the background, certain minerality, good persistence, juniper-ethereal nuances, noticeable but integrated alcohol, very good, quite dense, melting and warm finish with anise spice.

Editor note: Warm, vegetal and nutty fragrance with restrained yellow fruity aromas, some mushrooms and a hint of mustard seeds. Powerful and substantial in the mouth, warm, ripe fruit with vegetal and slightly nutty tones, lots of strength and sweet melting, tart, light mineral tones, hints of white pepper, ethereal traces, very good, firm finish with tart vegetal tones reminiscent of celery, minerality and noticeable alcohol.

Editor note: Firm nose, prominent vegetal notes, delicate nutty and floral notes, prominent herbaceous aromas, clear, fairly tart yellow fruit aromas. Ripe, creamy, warm fruit on the palate, some sugar candy, very elegant acidity, light grip, touch of yellow spice, full body, good substance, persistence, noticeable high alcohol, earthy and mineral notes, very good, firm, fairly creamy, spicy, mineral alcoholic finish.
