Fairly firm nose, light dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, mixed berries and some sour cherries, smoky, earthy and mineral traces. Ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, toasted oak, some chocolate, peppery traces, cake spice, integrated fine sandy tannins provide some grip, quite full-bodied, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good substance and persistence, light salty notes in the background, hint of coffee, more salty and herbaceous notes, hint of chocolate on a good to very good, slightly jammy finish.
