Tart, somewhat muted and reductive, emphatically vegetal nose with spicy, earthy and yellow fruity notes. Some lemony fruit, clearly vegetal aromas, a little yeast, present acidity, still reductive on the palate, some carbonic acidity, slightly muted and rough, decent to good finish
