Translate to English Straffer, leicht gereifter, mineralischer Duft nach angetrockneten Zitrusfrüchten und Steinobst mit leicht tabakigen Noten. Auch im Mund relativ fest gewirkt, herb und würzig, mit teils getrockneter Zitrus-Steinobstfrucht und leicht tabakigen Anklängen, präsente Säure, Gerbstoffnoten und leichte Bittertöne am Gaumen, mittlere Nachhaltigkeit, herbwürziger Abgang.

Editor note: Translate to English Vielschichtiger, mineralisch-würziger Duft nach reifen Nektarinen mit Zitrusaromen und Kernobst. Im Mund ziemlich kompromisslos, trocken, würzig, mit sehr feiner, reifer Säure und noch verhaltener Frucht, hefige Noten, viel herbwürzige Mineralität, an welke Blüten erinnernde Noten, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gute Tiefe, langer, würziger Abgang. Ganz und gar nichts für Fruchttrinker, aber mit Sicherheit ein charaktervoller Essensbegleiter, der wohl eine ganze Weile reifen kann.
