Im Mund kühl und herb, vegetabil, verhaltene Frucht, feine Säure, leicht trocknender Gerbstoff am Gaumen, zarte Bittertöne, relativ viel Biss, es fehlt aber ein wenig an echter Substanz und Tiefe, herb-zitroniger Charakter, ordentlicher Abgang.
