Translate to English Klarer Zitrus-Steinobstduft mit feinen vegetabilen Aromen, Kräutern, ein wenig kandiertem Apfel und herben mineralischen Nuancen im Hintergrund. Leicht entwickelte, herbe Frucht im Mund, hefige und pflanzliche Töne, feine, präsente Säure, leicht gedeckt und antrocknend am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, relativ fester Bau, hat Biss, herber, ein klein wenig spröder Abgang.

Straff, klar und kühl im Mund, geradlinige Frucht mit feiner, präsenter Säure und leicht vegetabiler Würze, am Gaumen auch gewisser Schmelz, dabei sehr fest gebaut, ziemlich mineralisch und noch recht unzugänglich, gute Nachhaltigkeit, sehr guter Abgang.
