Herb im Mund, schlank wirkende, völlig trockene Frucht mit pflanzlichen und mineralischen Noten, wieder auch altholzige Aromen, präsente Säure, vegetabile Töne, ein wenig zitronig am Gaumen, leicht spröder Gerbstoff, ordentlicher, herber Abgang.
