2015 Ungstein Herrenberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Firm nose, herbaceous notes, prominent nutty and yeasty notes, light earthy notes and some wilted flowers, citrus, pomaceous and stone fruit, mineral notes in the background. Ripe, juicy, sweetish, partly preserved fruit on the palate, nutty and some light dried floral aromas, persistent, prominent yeasty notes, hint of caramel, lively acidity, integrated tannins, some sugar candy, delicate sweetish touch, good substance, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, still largely undeveloped, very good finish.
