2015 Dürkheim Fronhof Rieslaner Trockenbeerenauslese, Pfalz, Germany

Light, partly dried vegetal notes on the nose, prominent yellow spice, restrained yellow fruit, touch of root vegetables and earthy notes. Very sweet, concentrate, almost creamy, partly dried fruit on the palate, earthy and vegetal notes, some more yellow spice, elegant acidity, good persistence and substance, some bitter nutty traces, slightly sandy tannins, slightly rustic style, hint of bacon, earthy and mineral notes, some grip on a very good sweet, spicy finish.
