2012 trocken Kostbar, Pfalz, Germany

Fairly tart nose, black and a few red berries, dried vegetal and light earthy notes. Fairly tart on the palate, earthy notes, oak and some dark chocolate, slightly dusty tannins, fairly persistent, noticeable alcohol, hint of tobacco, not particularly deep, good tart finish.
