Nutty and slightly tobacco-wood-spicy pome fruit scent with dried vegetable to herbal nuances and floral traces. Ripe, sweetish, melt-in-the-mouth fruit with nutty and floral aromas, fine acidity, some grip, good substance and persistence, certain melodiousness, slightly smoky in the background, chalky and earthy, slight sweetness, a hint of butter, good to very good finish with some tannin grip and salt
