2017 Malsch Ölbaum trocken "Cuvée Grand Malheur", Baden, Germany

Traces of tar and undergrowth on the nose, predominantly black berries, hint of tobacco. Ripe, sweetish fruit on the palate, light toasted, spicy oak, smoky notes, fairly full-bodied and persistent, integrated sandy tannins, spicy traces, touch of dark chocolate, good, slightly sweetish finish.
