Recht fest gewirkte, herbe Frucht mit nussigen, tabakigen und leicht holzigen Noten, lebendige, sehr feine Säure, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, zart rauchig und pilzig, gewisse Kraft, speckige Nuancen im Hintergrund, ein Hauch Paprika, sehr guter, wieder fester und herber Abgang.
