Lard, woody-spicy and somewhat planty to herbaceous scent with light yellow fruity notes, hinted capers and mineral traces. Warm, ripe, light fruit, bacon and woody aromas, a hint of butter, fine acidity, some touch of ripe tannin, good substance and persistence, still a little covered, salty hints, noticeable alcohol, good to very good finish
