Etwas gedeckt im Mund, hefig, erdig und vegetabil, teils kandiert wirkende Frucht, passende Säure, ein wenig trocknender Gerbstoff am Gaumen, krautige Spuren, gewisse Substanz, ordentlicher, etwas rauer und wieder trocknender Abgang.
