Firm nose, light yeasty and nutty notes, elegant vegetal notes, delicate spicy oak, light citrus, pomaceous and stone fruit, light mineral notes. Ripe, fairly firm, juicy fruit on the palate, slightlysweetish, delicatelysmokyand nutty oak, elegant, livelyacidity, persistent, good substance, some depth, prominent salty notes, gripping, more moderate smoky, spicy oak and a hint of bacon on a very good, juicy, firm, mineral finish.
