Translate to English Verhaltene, ganz leicht gebrannte, zart nussige und auch ein wenig laktische Kernobstnase mit kräuterigen umd melonigen Tönen. Im Mund dunkles Karamell, kandierte Kräuter und eingemachtes Kernobst, hat Substanz und gewisse Tiefe, gut balancierte, wenn auch deutliche Süße, dennoch durchgehendes, zartes Sortenbitter, Anklänge an Orangenschalen und Heilkräuter, mineralischer Hintergrund, eingebundene Säure, etwas laktische Obertöne im guten Abgang.
