Fairly tart nose, predominantly red berries and cherries, earthy notes, hint of beet root, hint of tobacco. Fairly cool, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty, vegetal and earthy notes, peppery tracesm fine sandy tannins, still slightly astringent, good persistence, malted and smoky traces, good to very good, fairly firm finish.
