Fairly cool nose, delicate nutty notes, light yellow fruit, light floral aromas, still has yeasty traces. Tart, light-bodied, fairly firm light fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, light grip, good persistence, salty, chalky mineral notes, polished and has some bite, light nutty traces on a very good, firm finish.
