Auch im Mund noch kaum entwickelt, hefig, nussig und krautig-vegetabil, einen Hauch süßlich, etwas Kümmel, verhaltene, kernobstbetonte Frucht, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, holzige Anklänge, leichter Gerbstoff, gewisse Kraft, deutlich wachsiger, auch vegetabiler, leicht trocknender Abgang.
