Translate to English Fester, noch eher reduktiver, nussig-holzwürziger und ein wenig getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger Kernobstduft mit Noten angetrockneter Zitrusfrüchte, etwas Tabak, Hefe und röstigen Spuren. Auch im Mund sehr fest gewirkte, dabei noch unruhige, knochentrockene Frucht mit leicht rauchigen Holzaromen, getrocknet-pflanzlichen und angedeutet jodigen Tönen, viel Hefe, lebendige, feine Säure, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, zart speckige Nuancen, herbe, salzige Mineralik, noch wenig entwickelt, sehr guter bis langer Abgang mit Griff und Biss. Herausfordernd.
