Fest gewirkte, herbe, feinsaftige, geschliffene Frucht im Mund, hell-nussige Hefetöne, feine, reife, lebendige Säure, mürber Gerbstoff, nachhaltig und dicht am Gaumen, gewisse Tiefe, deutliche, etwas erdige Mineralik, feiner Griff und zugleich Schmelz, kompakter Bau, vielschichtig, sehr guter, recht saftiger, aber auch wieder hell-mineralischer und nussiger Abgang.
