Tart, cool, distinctly herbal and delicately smoky nose with citrus notes and a little stone fruit as well as chalky tones. Lean, bone-dry, somewhat developed fruit, present acidity, noticeable tannic grip and again bright, chalky-salty minerality, some persistence, herbal flavours, good to very good, again quite tart finish with noticeable tannic grip and present acidity.

Editor note: Translate to English Herbe, im ersten Moment noch ein wenig schwefelscharfe, pflanzliche und leicht erdige Nase mit verhaltenen, hellen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, hellen Nussanklängen sowie floralen und erdigen Nuancen. Verhaltene, leicht gedeckte, herbe Frucht, deutlich pflanzlich, präsente, noch ein wenig zitronige Säure, florale Nuancen, etwas antrocknender Gerbstoff, helle erdige bis mineralische Töne, völlig unnahbar, wird mit Luft aber deutlich substanzieller und saftiger, guter bis sehr guter, herber Abgang mit pflanzlichen, feinsaftigen und nussig-hefigen Aromen.
