Translate to English Kühl und fein-vegetabil in der Nase, erdige Töne, verhaltene Mandarinen- und Steinobstaromen, deutlich Hefe, erdige Mineralik, etwas Bohnenkraut und ein Hauch Bienenwachs. Feste, zitrusbetonte und wieder leicht wachsige, völlig trockene Frucht mit hefigen und vegetabilen Aromen, leicht an Bohnen erinnernd, auch ein wenig Gummi, wirkt noch völlig verschlossen, angedeutet Brennessel, mürber, dabei ein wenig deckender Gerbstoff, hat gewisse Kraft gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, guter bis sehr guter, herber Abgang. Noch völlig unnahbar.
