Quite tart, slightly yeasty, somewhat covered, dried vegetal to tobacco and slightly earthy nose with subdued yellow fruit notes and some lemon verbena and a hint of rubber. Dry fruit in the mouth, white currants and grapefruit, quite lively acidity, light floral nuances on the palate, again a little bit of yeast, still slightly drying tannin, hint of citrus peel, in the background light mineral tones, increasing grip, takes a lot of air and then becomes too noticeably juicy and deep, good to very good tart finish with cool, dry juice and a certain touch. It currently takes 2 days to show what he's made of, and yet we're not sure if he can do even more.
