Translate to English Fester und recht tiefer, noch reduktiver, hefiger, leicht rauchiger und vegetabiler Duft mit kühlen, zitrusbetonten gelbfruchtigen Noten, Algen und viel heller Mineralik. Straff, recht dicht, kühl und ziemlich saftig im Mund, konzentrierte Frucht mit hefigen und frischen pflanzlichen Aromen, lebhafte, feine Säure, helle erdig-mineralische Töne und auch ein wenig hell-nussiges Holz, nachhaltig, dicht und griffig, mit Biss und gewisser Steife, noch wenig entwickelt, kräuterig im Hintergrund, zart rauchig, sehr gute Abgang mit herbem Saft und Griff. Muss zwingend reifen.
