Ripe, firmly structured, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and salty notes, prominent oak, light smoky notes, lively acidity, good substance and persistence, hint of bacon, touch of lemon, rosemary and sage in the background, peppery traces, good grip, still young, very good, firm, tart, clear, juicy finish.
