2017 Appenheim Hundertgulden Riesling trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Firm, deep nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, prominent mineral notes, tart yellow fruit, still slightly yeasty, touch of mussel shells, light floral traces. Ripe, firmly structured, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, delicately sweetish and creamy, very elegant, lively acidity, chalky, salty mineral notes, vegetal and floral traces, integrated tannins provide light grip, persistent, still young, some depth, spicy traces, prominent mineral notes on a very good, firm, slightly creamy finish.
