Tart, light-bodied, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, earthy and nutty notes, lively, elegant acidity, light grip, delicate floral notes, persistent, fresh vegetal aromas, hint of green bacon, mineral notes, good to very good, fairly firm and juicy finish.
