Hazy ochre yellow colour. Yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, mature pomaceous fruit, hint of mushrooms. Fairly juicy, slightly creamy, nutty fruit on the palate, yeasty aromas, very light vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, moderate mousse, good persistence, slightlycreamy, has substance, slightly creamy again on a good to very good finish.
