Süd-Steiermark Brut Nature "PetNat II", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Hazy, very light green-yellow colour. Cool nose, yeasty notes, grapefruit and a hint of apple fruit. Clear, juicy, light fruit on the palate, prominent citrus notes, prominent yeasty notes, fairly fine mousse, light tannic grip, fresh vegetal and light floral traces, good to very good, juicy, gripping finish.
