2008 Ried Steinmühle Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Fairly shy nose, firm with green pomaceous fruit, some gooseberries, vegetal, earthy and mineral notes. Very clear on the palate, polished, elegant, juicy fruit, fairly prominent, elegant acidity, quite creamy, good persistence, quite firm, prominent mineral notes in the background ,some more light earthy notes, very harmonious but also gripping, still youthful, very good finish.
