2014 Cabernet Sauvignon trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Firm nose, smoky and toasted notes, ripe, partly preserved black berries, some pencil shavings, touch of mint and tobacco, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, firm, fairly juicy dark fruit oin the palate, toasted oak, dark chocolate, light smoky notes, youthful, very fine tannins, persistent and concentrated, some depth, tobacco and salty traces in the background, good grip, still largely undeveloped, more tobacco and peppery notes, very good firm, juicy, toasted finish. Should mature very well.
