2017 Sinzheim Klostergut Fremersberg Feigenwäldchen Riesling trocken "Buntsandstein", Baden, Germany

Vegetable to herbaceous and still noticeably yeasty fragrance with yellow fruity, mineral and floral aromas. Ripe, light, sweetish fruit, fine acidity, certain persistence of yeasty and herbal notes, rather light minerality, very light warmth, delicate touch, good substance and persistence, good to very good, quite sweet, juicy, slightly floral and again mineral finish with red-berry notes. I do not need the sugar at all.
