Fairly tart nose, yeasty and herbaceous notes, light floral touch, prominent mineral notes, light yellow fruit. Firm, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, ripe, fine, sandy tannins provide some grip, cool, slightly ethereal herbaceous aromas, yeasty traces, hint of bacon, fairly prominent mineral notes, still undeveloped, precise contours in spite of the high level of residual sugar, floral traces, clear contours, very good, sweetish, tart finish.
