Fairly firm nose, light yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light floral notes, mineral notes. Slightly sweetish, but also tart, restrained, light fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, light yeasty notes and some light earthy notes, tannins still veryslightly astringent, hint of bacon, good finish.
