Leicht süßliche Frucht mit deutlich vegetabilen bis kräuterigen und leicht floralen Tönen, lebendige Säure, ein wenig Kandis, ein Hauch dunkler Beeren, guter, wieder süßlicher Abgang mit pflanzlichen, mineralischen und speckigen Anklängen.
