Preserved and dried mixed berries, cherries and plums, sweetish herbaceous notes, some malt and spicy sugar candy, prominent roasted notes, light notes of smoked meat. Prominent spicy sugar candy on the palate, too, roasted notes, chocolate and gingerbread spice, elegant acidity and integrated tannins, very full-bodied, high in alcohol, sugar candy and herbs on the finish, but also some slightly sharp notes, partly from the alcohol, but partly also from some volatile notes, these become less obvious with some aeration.
