2003 trocken Red magic, Burgenland, Austria

Overripe dark fruit on the nose, malt and caramel, sweetish roasted oak. More sweetish roasted notes on the palate, rum punch, lots of sweet spices, also cherries and mixed berries, quite juicy, slightly astingent tannins, vanilla and coconut, very full-bodied, not particularly deep, attractive to good finish. Rather individualistic in its almost Oriental spiciness, but very well made.
