Dried figs, some dates, caramell and persimmon on a slightly vegetal, fairly cool nose. Quite firm on the palate, with prominent, almost steely acidity, quite cool again and at the same time vibrant, still a little closed, elegant, complex fruit, fresh dates, candied citrus fruit and some herbs, very slight volatile touch, has backbone and is interesting, very well balanced, long finish.

Best to drink: 2008-2030. What our ratings mean
