Yeasty nose, partly dried pomaceous fruit and citrus, light nutty and vegetal notes. More nutty and yeasty notes on the palate, tart spicy vegetal notes, ripe fruit, fairly fine mousse, good persistence, quite full-bodied, creamy but also bone dry, good finish.
