Cool nose, light vegetal and prominent mineral notes, restrained light yellow fruit, floral traces. Fairly polished, elegant, juicy, fairly cool but nevertheless ripe fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, light nutty oak, very elegant, lively acidity, persistent and quite concentrated, delicate spicy notes, salty and chalky mineral notes, very delicately sweetish and creamy, polished style, becomes increasingly juicy on a very good finish.
