Nutty nose, light yellow spice, hint of bacon, yellow fruit, hint of resin, light floral notes. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, light smoky, nutty and spicy notes, elegant, lively acidity, vegetal and herbaceous notes, good substance and persistence, salty notes in the background, ripe tannins provide elegant grip, delicately sweetish and creamy, elegant style, chalky mineral notes, very good finish.
