Tart nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of tobacco, light oak, tart, light yellow fruit, prominent mineral notes, peppery taces in the background. Ripe, juicy, rather sweet fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, yeasty notes, some yellow spice and floral notes, moderate tannins, good persistence, prominent candied citrus fruit, whiff of exotic fruit, light mineral notes, touch of white pepper, firm structure, again noticeably sweet on a very good finish. Rather more sugar than is necessary.
