Clear, tart, firm nose, yeasty notes, light dried vegetal notes, light restrained yellow fruit, touch of white pepper, prominent mineral notes. Firm, fairly juicy light fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, light fresh vegetal aromas, persistent, slightly sweetish, elegant grip, prominent mineral notes, some depth, still veryyoung, cool mineral notes on a very good, firm, sweetish, juicy finish.
