2015 Scheurebe Trockenbeerenauslese, Pfalz, Germany

Fairly firm nose, delicate spicy notes, candied and partly dried citrus fruit, herbaceous traces, hint of dark berries, touch of yellow spice. Very sweet, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, tart, elegant spicy vegetal and herbaceous notes, earthy and mineral aromas, still very slightly yeasty in the background, elegant, lively acidity, good persistence, some sugar candy, touch of black berries, some depth, still very young, light mineral notes, very good firm, juicy, polished finish.
