Prominent yeastyand light nutty notes on the nose, restrained pomaceous fruit aromas, hint of mushrooms. Restrained, bone dry fruit on the palate, nutty, yeasty and light buttery notes, fairly fine mousse, good persistence, light tannic grip, slightly creamy, hint of mushrooms, good to very good finish.
