2016 Grauburgunder trocken 2 Hut, Pfalz, Germany

Clear nose, nutty notes, ripe pomaceous fruit, whiff of citrus and stone fruit, touch of sugar candy, floral traces, hint of red berries. Restrained, very slightly muted fruit on the palate, lighjt oak and a hint of bacon, nutty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, prominent yeasty notes, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins, some root vegetables, quite creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, salty notes and some white pepper in the background, very good, warm, juicy, very spicy finish.
